About This Project
Our latest acquisition in West Lincoln Park is several existing buildings that were connected in a previous life to create a mixed-use commercial property. Tucked away from the traffic, and located just across the street from another new acquisition on Evergreen Avenue, this exciting property location is near all the action in Lincoln Park!
The final plan is to be determined as we review all options and possibilities with this large parcel on a corner location, but residential apartments and possibly retail are likely, especially given the property's walkability & great location. Check back here for more updates!

The Schoolhouse - Phase II
About This Project
Phase II of our 4641 N Ashland Avenue project is underway!! After many iterations of the design, and taking into account feedback from neighborhood groups, the alderman's office, and the city of Chicago's Department of Planning & Development, our architects have come up with an incredible concept and we are now working our way through community groups and zoning.
Phase I of the project involved a full gut renovation of the existing Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School on North Ashland. Phase II will take the place of the existing parking lot and add another 78 residential units to the site! Both buildings will have full use of the amenity spaces, which include multiple lounges, a roof deck, a fitness room, a bike room, keyless entry, and more!
