APARTMENT TOURS CHECK LIST

APARTMENT TOURS CHECKLIST

Looking for apartments can be an overwhelming task, especially when you are touring multiple units! It is helpful to have a checklist for each apartment tour so you can compare notes on all the units toured later. Be sure to take videos or pictures during your tour and get a feel for the space. The Honore Properties Apartment Tours and Application Process

At Honore Properties, we make the apartment touring process easy. Typically, the person showing you an Honore Properties apartment is an employee of Honore Properties, so not only are they knowledgeable about the apartment and property you’re looking at but will also be able to answer any questions on the leasing process and ongoing management process. While we do use a select few outside rental agents for certain properties, they are well-versed in our policies and procedures.

Our apartment listings contain pictures, floor plans, rental rate, and other pertinent information relevant to the unit for transparency. Setting up a tour is easy – after the initial contact, whether by email, phone, or text, we set up the in-person tour (but do offer virtual tours if needed) and confirm via text message approximately 2 hours before the tour date and time. We do our best to provide clear, concise information and answer any questions during the tour.

The application process is a seamless, fully online process completed through our Resident Online App. After you have completed your application and provided all supporting documentation, Honore Properties will review your credit, background, employment history, and residential history, requesting any additional information, documents, or guarantors as needed. If approved, the leasing process is completed electronically, allowing for review and signatures through your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Honore Properties only does apartment tours for units they manage, so we will be with you from the beginning of the apartment search process throughout the duration of your lease! For ongoing management, we utilize an online, user-friendly Resident Online Portal which allows you to easily pay your rent, submit maintenance requests, contact your property manager, view lease documents, and more—all at no additional cost to you.

All of our apartments are pet-friendly, so your furry companions have a nice place to call home! Monthly pet rent is $20/month, with no additional fees at move-in!
